The allConnex Mission

The mission of allConnex is to build enduring, productive relationships with businesses by serving as a liaison between them and service providers. We seek to improve the strength and growth of the businesses we serve by leveraging our relationships with service providers to broker excellence in pricing and service. allConnex’s sole mission is to provide expert knowledge, unbiased consultation, and consistent advocacy on behalf of our clients.

Existing Network Evaluation

In-depth technical and business analysis of existing network and infrastructure. We identify and analyze all existing contracts and commitments as it pertains to its voice, data and wireless network.

Comparative Analysis Model

We build Visio diagram and spreadsheet for future quantitative and qualitative comparative analysis against existing infrastructure, bandwidth, rates, terms, commitments, etc.

Understanding the Vision

In-depth analysis of future corporate vision as it pertains to Voice and Data infrastructure needs.

Network Design

Work with allConnex Engineers, Hardware Vendors, and Client IT Staff to build multiple network designs and phases of deployment relative to corporate growth.

Vendor Analysis & Selection

Build RFI and RFP (if necessary) with client for allConnex to reach out to the carriers to educate on the design and run full operation of communications with Vendors. This makes for focused vendors because they know exactly what they are quoting and take the “back and forth” out of the initial relationship. Next, we use the Comparative Analysis Model to help client choose the best providers relative to the design and network strategy chosen.

Contract Negotiation

With our many years of experience in carrier contracts, we assist your legal team to ensure you have a contract that challenges your vendors and provides competitive and legal protection with contingency arrangements.

Implementation & Installation Process

We will assist your carrier in streamlining and aggregating all communication from multiple vendors back to you and (where effective) will escalate and even take over process on your behalf with vendor partners.

Trouble Reporting & Analysis

We will work to flowchart and analyze the exact escalation procedures for all possible outages as well as identify and notify all NOC’s of client’s network and team, prior to network installation.

Redundancy/Contingency Testing

We will work with your IT staff to test all (if any) redundancy options embedded into the design. We also check any contingency plan put in place during design, due to financial instability or threat of long term shut off of the network.

Quarterly Business Reviews

We will visit you formally every quarter to review our performance, as well as your chosen vendor partners, other vendors, and to review any changes in the corporate activity, strategy, or vision that may change the design, time-line or contractual nature of its network deployment.
